It is not contended by appellant that the allegations of the bill were sufficient to make a case of irreparable injury as defined in the law, but it is contended that the bill was sufficient, upon its face, to authorize a court of equity to take jurisdiction of the case by way of injunction for the prevention of a multiplicity of suits.
