ALTENBERND, Judge.
Inside the vault at Sarasota Vault Depository, Inc., there is a lock box purported to contain more than $5,000,000 in rare, red beryl gems. Sarasota Vault claims no interest in these gems, but many of the remaining parties in the style of this case do. Sarasota Vault filed a complaint seeking to interplead these gems or, in the alternative, to obtain a declaratory judgment as to the rights of the parties to these gems.
