On November 12, 1926, the appellant owned three parcels of real property situated on Eightieth street between Narrows avenue and Colonial road, in the borough of Brooklyn, city of New York. This property was located in blocks 5976 and 5985, on the land map of the county of Kings, and is in drainage district 42 (section 444, Greater N. Y. Charter [Laws 1901, e. 466]) of the same borough.
