*842Appeals by the defendant from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Molea, J.), both rendered July 24, 2007, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree under indictment No. 06-1193 and criminal sale of a controlled substance on or near school grounds under indictment No. 06-1299, upon his pleas of guilty, and imposing sentences.

Ordered that the judgments are affirmed.
