RULING

Plaintiff T.A. Grant III brings this suit seeking damages, injunctive relief, and recognition of rights that he claims in certain immovable property located in Moorehouse, Ouachita, and Union Parishes. In 1983 and 1985, Plaintiff granted mortgages on the property as security for approximately $16.5 •million in loans that he borrowed from the Federal Land Bank of Jackson (FLBJ).
