Defendants Occidental Fire & Casualty Insurance Company of North Carolina and *888AgriLogic Insurance Services, LLC (collectively referred to hereinafter as “Agri-Logic”) move for summary judgment on Plaintiff Chad Price’s (hereinafter “Price”) breach of contract and bad faith claims, arguing that they are time barred by a contract provision limiting the time in which to bring suit.
