Appellant John Z. Wilson, Jr. (Licensee) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County (trial court), dated April 26, 2018. The trial court dismissed Licensee's statutory appeal of the suspension of his operating privilege by the Department of Transportation (Department), Bureau of Driver Licensing (Bureau), which the Bureau imposed pursuant to Section 1547(b)(1)(i) of the Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.
