This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Oyer and Terminer of Allegheny County. Petitioner was convicted by a jury of the first degree felony-murder of a cab driver in Duquesne. After de: nial of his post-trial motions, he was sentenced to life imprisonment. This appeal followed.
