The plaintiff below, General Tool Industries, Inc. [General Tool], appeals from an adverse final summary judgment entered in favor of the defendants, Premier Machinery, Inc. [Premier] and Mazak Corporation [Mazak]. We affirm.

Mazak manufactures certain types of equipment and machinery; Premier is Ma-zak’s distributor, agent and representative; and General Tool is a machine shop. One of General Tool’s customers asked General Tool to manufacture six different types of rocker arms.
