1Opinion of the CourtEdgcomb, J.

On October 9, 1926, the J. E. Wells Co., Inc., a corporation engaged in the sale of motor vehicles in the city of Salamanca, N. Y., sold a Pontiac sedan to W. C. and S. C. Wilder, on a conditional sales contract, by the terms of which the title to the car remained in the seller until the purchase price was fully paid.
