The plaintiffs in error, hereinafter called defendants, were convicted in the county court of Carter county on a charge of having unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor with intent to convey the same, and their punishment fixed at a fine of $100 and confinement in the county jail for a period of 60 days for each of them.
