*536Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Kahn, J.), rendered April 12, 2005, convicting him of criminal sexual act in the second degree (three counts), endangering the welfare of a child, and possessing a sexual performance by a child (10 counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
