THIS CASE came before the Court for hearing to consider the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the Plaintiff, Susan K. Woodard, Trustee.
The Plaintiff commenced this adversary proceeding by filing a Complaint to Avoid Preferential Transfers and to Recover the Property Transferred or its Value. The Complaint contains two Counts.
