This case presents issues of first impression concerning the constitutional right of juveniles who have been adjudicated delinquent to continue to receive public education, after being expelled from school. Specifically, does a juvenile expelled from public school for conduct for which he was also adjudicated delinquent, thereby forfeit his right under Article 8, § 4, para. 1 of the New *386Jersey Constitution to a free public education?
