The Georgetown Water, Gas, Electric & Power Company entered into a written contract with the city, in which it is known as the party of the second part. The contract among other things contained this clause: “Second party agrees to furnish and maintain a water pressure of forty (40) pounds for domestic use, or such as is necessary, and to furnish one hundred (100) pounds pressure for fire protection, or such increased pressure as is required by the National Board of Fire Underwriters.” P'orter A.
