Mercy Medical ("the company") appeals from the trial court's award of workers' compensation benefits to Brenda Keao ("the worker"). We reverse and remand.
It is undisputed that the worker, a registered nurse, informed her supervisor that she had injured her back on the same day that the worker allegedly began feeling pressure in her lower back and tingling in her legs after turning and positioning patients.
