CHRISTIAN, Judge.

The offense is possessing intoxicating liquor for the purpose of sale; the punishment, confinement in the penitentiary for two years.

A witness for the state testified, in substance, as follows: He saw appellant drive a Buick sedan to the back door of W. M. Armstrong’s house and stop. Accompanying appellant was a woman, Madalyn Day. Appellant was sitting under the steering wheel driving the car. Appellant and Madalyn Day got out of the car and went into the house.
