In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant Rocco Corréale appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Kitzes, J.), entered May 19, 2015, which granted the motion of the defendant Betty Mazzei for sum mary judgment dismissing the complaint and all cross claims insofar as asserted against her.
