— Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Harris, J.), rendered April 7, 1983, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of robbery in the first degree. 11 Jane’s Variety Store, located in the City of Albany, was robbed of its cash box containing over $800 on December 20,1982 at approximately 7:30 p.m. Present in the store at the time were two employees, Alisha Curry and her mother, Helen Curry.
