This is an appeal by claimants, a widow and minor daughter, from an order of the trial court denying an award of compensation in an action under the Kansas workmens compensation act.

The three respondents had appealed to the district court from an award of compensation in favor of claimants made by the workmen’s compensation commissioner in which proceeding the facts were stipulated by counsel.
