This action arises from a dispute regarding the legal relationship between defendant NYSARC, Inc., a New York not-for-profit corporation, and its local chapters. William S. Craine, the nominal plaintiff, is president of Chenango County Chapter, NYSARC, Inc. (herein plaintiff), which is a local chapter of defendant.
