Reymundo Anguiano was indicted for criminal attempt to commit child molestation, OCGA § 16-6-4 (a), and criminal attempt to commit enticing a child for indecent purposes, OCGA § 16-6-5 (a). He moved to suppress videotaped statements he made during a pre-arrest interview with a television correspondent. Following a hearing at which the arresting officer testified, the trial court denied the motion.
