Johnson v. Brown

The Circuit Court of Taney County granted Eugene Brown, d/b/a Best Roofing’s (“Respondent”) motion pursuant to Rule 74.06 1 for relief from a judgment entered in favor of Phyllis Johnson (“Appellant”). Finding her appeal to have merit, we reverse.

Appellant contracted with Respondent to replace the roof on her home, for which she paid $5,355 when the work was completed on August 27, 1999.
