This case arises out of the property damage suffered by King Cole Condominium Association, Inc. (“the insured”) during Hurricane Wilma in October 2005. At that time, USPlate Glass Insurance Company (“USPlate”) provided the insured with coverage falling into two categories relevant to this appeal. First, USPlate provided principal coverage for damage to the insured’s plate glass windows and sliding glass doors.
