OPINION

MATTHEWS, Justice.

These appeals arise from an action brought by the Attorney General against George Brown, Jr. and others1 involved in the development and sale of certain real property in this state. The basic conduct complained of consists of various misleading statements and omissions concerning the suitability of the land for residential construction. The State sought to enjoin such conduct and to obtain restitution on behalf of individual lot purchasers.
