The plaintiffs, minority shareholders in defendant Miltronics Manufacturing Services, Inc., a closely held corporation, seek its judicial dissolution or, in the alternative, an injunction against their ouster as its directors at the hands of its majority shareholder, defendant Anton Neary. Plaintiffs Cleo B.
