FAY, Circuit Judge:

Defendant Jorge Diaz-Lizaraza was convicted of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. Diaz appeals the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress evidence discovered after federal customs agents pulled Diaz’s truck over following a controlled delivery of cocaine to his co-conspirator, Frank Posada.
