DICKINSON, District Judge.

It is apparent that rather fine lines are being drawn in the conduct of this case. Perhaps this is unavoidable because of the character of the real questions involved. Broadly stated, the controversy grows out of these respective positions- assumed by the parties. The plaintiff, with a decree in its favor for an accounting, denies the correctness of the account stated by defendants.
