Plaintiffs in error, Iva Kidd, alias Iva K. ’Sandusky, and Mary Jane Kidd, have sued out this writ of error to review a judgment of the Appellate Court for the Third District, which affirmed a judgment of the circuit court of Vermilion County, which court, after a trial by jury, found them guilty of conspiring to do illegal acts injurious to the administration of public justice. Specifically the indictment was based upon section 46 of division I of the Criminal Code, (Ill. Rev.
