Respondent, plaintiff in the court below, recovered damages in this action for alleged negligent treatment of her by appellants in the Las Vegas hospital following the delivery of her child. The trial court entered judgment on the verdict of the jury and denied appellant’s motion to vacate the judgment and grant a new trial. The trial court had also denied appellant’s motion for nonsuit and had theretofore overruled appellant’s general demurrer to respondent’s complaint.
