On September 9, 1980, this Court remanded these matters to the Secretary of *1300Health, Education, and Welfare (“Secretary”) for administrative action in accordance with the Court’s March 8, 1980 order in Slctvin v. Secretary, 486 F.Supp. 204 (S.D.N.Y.1980). Currently before the Court is the plaintiffs’ motion for an order rejecting in part and affirming in part the Secretary’s decision and supplemental decision regarding each claimant’s eligibility for Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) under Title XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381-1383c (1982),…
