Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor of plaintiff, entered August 24, 1973 in Saratoga County, upon a decision of the court at a Trial Term, without a jury. The parties to this lawsuit are husband and wife and were married on March 11, 1967. Thereafter, on January 30, 1968, *1091the plaintiff conveyed to himself and defendant, as tenants by the entirety, the property in question.
