This appeal is from an order of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County sustaining an exception to a sale of a parcel of land in that county made by the appellant, Raymond S. Williams', trustee under a deed of trust for the bene1fit of creditors from Charles L. Solley. The exception was filed by the appellees, Josiah 0. Armiger and James Si Armiger, co-partners, trading as J. 0.
