These appeals were taken by a vendee from judgments sustaining attachment of the land in an action against the vendor.

Thomas Kelly, owner of the land, deeded to his son Lloyd, but remained beneficial owner. Lloyd Kelly mortgaged the land, and leased it to Otto Teske. Lloyd Kelly' reconveyed to Thomas Kelly, and on July 14, 1924, Thomas Kelly conveyed to Agnes and E. H. Tellum. The land was situated in Pottawatomie county.
