Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Keniry, J.), entered October 28, 1999 in Saratoga County, which granted defendant’s motion to vacate a default judgment entered against it.
Defendant is a closely held corporation formed by plaintiff in 1985 for the purpose of furnishing management and billing services to medical providers.
