Arlene A. Thiery appeals a summary judgment dismissing her legal malpractice claim against Charles M. Bye, and his law firm, Bye, Goff & Rhode, Ltd., and her invasion of privacy claim against Cornelia Larson, as a law firm employee. Thiery contends that Bye committed malpractice when he released unredacted medical records and deposition transcripts that he obtained as a result of representing Thiery on a personal injury claim.
