This is an appeal from the denial of a claim by an attorney for the reasonable value of attorney’s fees. We reverse and remand.

Carl A. Enger (hereinafter referred to as “lawyer”) brought a claim against the estate of Ruth Gianino (hereinafter referred to as “estate”) for the reasonable value of services rendered to Ruth Gianino (hereinafter referred to as “decedent”) during her lifetime.
