This is an action in ejectment brought to determine a portion of the dividing line between land of plaintiff and defendants. The court of common pleas gave binding instructions for plaintiff, the judgment entered on the verdict was affirmed by the Superior Court and then certified by that court to us in accordance with the provisions of §10 of the Act of June 24, 1895, P. L. 212 (17 PS §197). The judgment must be affirmed.
