This is an appeal from a decree dismissing on the merits the amended bill of complaint filed by Mabel H. Simon and Edwin C. Brandenburg, trustees and complainants, ’ against Mabel H. Simon, Helen Elora Gold-stein, and James H. Simon, Berenice H. Simon, Babette H. Mandle, Lewis Hopfenmaier, Berneda Goldstein, and Lois Gold-stein, minors, and the trustees of the estate of Milton Hopfenmaier, defendants.
