The present controversy resolves itself into a question relative to complainant's right to maintain its interpleader suit and to require the defendants therein to interplead their respective claims to funds on deposit with it.
On July 27th, 1933, a savings account was opened with complainant, a banking institution, in the name and to the credit of "John J. and Eleanor F. Walsh," who are husband and wife, as well as two of the defendants herein.
