THIS MATTER comes before the Court upon the Motion to Avoid the Judicial Lien of the Greenville Hospital System (“Hospital”) (the “Motion”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 522(f)(1)(A) 1 on the ground that it impairs the homestead exemption of Mamie Lee Styles Freeman (“Mrs. Freeman” or “Debtor”) in her interest in the residence she owns with her husband, Barry Carroll Freeman.
