Appeals by the defendant from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Lasak, J.), both rendered June 13, 2012, convicting him of manslaughter in the first degree under Indictment No. 2655/ 08, and assault in the second degree under Indictment No. 547/11, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentences.

Ordered that the judgments are affirmed.
