Motion to Remand.

Plaintiff filed on the day of hearing in this Court a motion to remand the case to the District Court for the purpose of adducing testimony as to plaintiff's present condition and continued disability since the date of the trial in the District Court. This motion sets forth that since the case was tried in February, 1947, there has been no improvement in plaintiff's condition; that he has been continuously and totally disabled to do any work because of his inability to use his left leg except by dragging it and using a support.
