In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kangs County (King, J.), dated January 7, 2014, which denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.

The plaintiff alleged that while he was riding his bicycle, he was struck by a truck that was owned by the defendant AGL Trucking Corp. and operated by the defendant Park Fwan Wong.
