This was an action of ejectment, to recover the possession of the premises described in the complaint. On the 20th day of November, 1845, the plaintiff was married to Caroline A. Hurd. On the 20th day of December, 1849, Samuel A. Campbell and wife being seised in fee of the premises in question, conveyed the same by deed to the said Caroline A. the wife of the plaintiff.
