The plaintiff, Local yyy, Democratic Union Organizing Committee, Seafarers International Union of North America, AFL-CIÓ, brought this action in the circuit court of Cook County to review an order of the Commerce Commission which granted a certificate of public convenience and necessity to Continental Air Transport Company. The circuit court affirmed the order, and the plaintiff has appealed directly to this court. 43 Ill.2d R. 302.
