¶ 1 PlaintiffyAppellant L. Environmental Service, Inc. appeals from that portion of the trial court’s order denying Plaintiffs motion for attorney fees and costs, and awarding attorney fees and costs to Defendant/Appel-lee United Motors, Inc., in Plaintiffs successful action against Defendant for breach of warranty and negligence. The fees and costs were awarded Defendant pursuant to 12 O.S. 2001 § 1101. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm in part and reverse in part the trial court’s judgment, and remand this matter for further proceedings…
