In matrimonial actions consolidated for trial, the parties cross-appeal, as limited by their respective briefs, from stated portions of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Meade, J.), entered November 15, 1982, which, inter alia, granted the wife a divorce in action No. 2, dismissed the husband’s complaint in action No. 1, and distributed the marital property.

Judgment modified, on the law and as a matter of discretion, by (1) deleting the seventh decretal paragraph thereof, which ordered the wife to sell the marital residence; (2) deleting the ninth decretal paragraph thereof,…
