The appellee brought this action against the appellant to recover the possession of certain real estate, situate in Monroe county, Indiana. The appellee alleges in his complaint that he is the owner in fee simple and entitled to the possession of the real estate described, and that the appellant holds, and for the last nine months has held, possession of the same without right. Judgment for the possession of the land and for damages for its detention is demanded.
