This action, which was commenced in the Court of Common Pleas for Greenville County, May 27, 1932, is a suit by Mary Phillips Leppard, as administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, J. A. Leppard, for the benefit of herself, as his surviving widow, and also for his surviving children, named in the complaint, against the Southern Railway Company and Chalmers Hughes, as defendants, for recovery of damages, on account of the death of the said deceased, alleging, in effect, that the same was caused by the negligence,…
